In This Issue: Microsoft Outlook Q&A
Some of my inspiration to develop new programs, write helpful articles, and create e-zine content comes from questions I receive from audiences, clients, colleagues, and newsletter subscribers.
This issue includes a sampling of questions I've fielded on Microsoft Outlook.

Outlook Today
============================================================
Q: A co-worker has Outlook Today display every time they start Outlook so they can see their appointments and messages. How do I get Outlook Today on my computer?
The Outlook Today page provides a preview of your day. By using Outlook Today, you can see a summary of your appointments, a list of your tasks, and how many new email messages you have. If you like this display, you can customize Microsoft Outlook to show Outlook Today every time you startup the program.

Sending a Webpage
============================================================
Q: I KNOW that on my last computer, there was a way to put a URL into a box in Outlook and it would set up an email where the body of that webpage was the body of my note. [Thanks, Milo, for sharing this great tip]
What a fabulous way to not only send a web address but also the actual page (which can be edited):
DISPLAY THE WEB TOOLBAR
1. From Outlook, View > Toolbars > Web
2. The Web toolbar displays at the top of the Outlook screen usually alongside your other toolbars. Drag the vertical handle on the left-side to re-position the toolbar.
3. Repeat Step #1 to turn off the toolbar.
SENDING A WEBPAGE
1. Enter a web address in the white box in the toolbar area of the Web toolbar and press [Enter].
2. A copy of the home page or other page displays in the Outlook screen.
3. Choose Actions > Send Webpage By Email.
4. Complete your email message keeping in mind that
- The subject line is the title from your web page, and so, you may want to change it.
- If you use one, your signature appears at the top of the note, and so, you might want to delete or move it or re-insert it (Insert > Signature)
5. Send your message as normal.
