| | For Microsoft Office Excel 2003 & 2002Problem: Subtotals on Wrong RowsWhen you create multilevel subtotals for data in Microsoft Excel 2002 or Microsoft Office Excel 2003, and you set the subtotals to appear in the rows that are immediately above the data that they are based on, the totals appear in the incorrect order (staggered incorrectly) and may exclude extra Grand Totals values. This is a known problem with some installations of Excel. Learn more about the fix at the Microsoft support website: Microsoft Support: Fix Excel Subtotals IMPORTANT: This fix may include a change to the Windows Registry. This option, however, should only be explored by experienced support personnel.
