How to Do a Bulk Conversion of Office 2003 Files to Office 2010

Although these tools and resources were created for converting files from Microsoft Office 2003 (and earlier) to Office 2007, these tools also work for Office 2010 as the file formats are not changed from Office 2007 to Office 2010.
