Don't Break Me Up (Paragraphs) / Line and Page Breaks
Ready for a little more advanced way to keep text together?  (See non-breaking spaces and hyphens). When automatic page breaks are splitting up paragraphs of text in the wrong place, highlight the text and choose:

  1. From the Home Tab, choose the dialog launcher button in the Paragraph group.

  1. From the Paragraph dialog box, pick the Line and Page Breaks tab, check one of these options:

  • Keep lines together
    (prevents a page break within a paragraph)
     

  • Keep with next
    (prevents a page break between the selected
    paragraph and the following paragraph)

  1. Choose OK to apply the new paragraph formatting.
